Our company follows some simple steps of insert molding. First a custom-built mold is loaded with inserts with the help of robotics and then molten plastic is injected into that mold. The mold opens after it gets cooled and the components are removed. The components are separated from the spruces and then are undergone through thorough testing including an electrical continuity check for terminal verification and lead and chip function verification for electronic memory devices.
